Internal Control Analyst

Salary : $80,000 - $95,000

What You'll Do :

  • Evaluate and improve internal control processes
  • Support audit readiness through data analysis and documentation
  • Review records to ensure compliance with rules and regulations
  • Collaborate across teams to reinforce sound policies and practices
  • Recommend process improvements grounded in best practices
  • Track compliance efforts and stay current on regulation

What We're Looking For :

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or finance / accounting
  • At least 6 years of financial audit experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and other Office tools
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach to tackling challenges
  • Prior government audit experience a plus
  • CPA candidate and / or CGFM preferred
  • U.S. Citizenship may be required for client clearance
