About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support engineering-focused enterprise applications, specifically within Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Configurator systems . The role will emphasize requirements discovery and definition , translating complex business needs into actionable user stories, and ensuring delivery through strong Agile practices . Proficiency in Azure DevOps for backlog management and collaboration is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for PLM and Configurator systems.
  • Translate requirements into clear, testable user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows .
  • Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, engineering teams, and product owners .
  • Maintain and prioritize the product backlog using Azure DevOps .
  • Support Agile ceremonies (backlog grooming, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews).
  • Contribute to solution design discussions by providing business and process context.
  • Ensure delivered solutions align with business objectives and add measurable value.
  • Assist in change management and training efforts to support adoption of new capabilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise or engineering application domains.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile / Scrum practices and hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for work item tracking and collaboration.
  • Proven experience gathering requirements and defining solutions for PLM or Configurator systems .
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
