Job Summary :

We’re hiring an experienced and motivated Siding Team Leader / Supervisor to manage and lead siding installation projects. This role requires 3+ years of siding experience , including the ability to bend and install custom trim . You’ll be responsible for overseeing a crew, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring jobs are completed on time and on budget.

Responsibilities :

Lead and supervise siding installation crews

Read blueprints and project specifications

Measure, cut, install, and bend trim accurately using a brake

Ensure high-quality workmanship and job site safety

Communicate with project managers and homeowners as needed

Train and mentor junior crew members

Requirements :

Minimum 3 years of siding experience , including leadership or lead installer roles

Proficiency in custom trim bending and installation

Strong knowledge of vinyl, LP SmartSide, Hardie Board, and other siding systems

Ability to work independently and manage timelines

Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
