Job Description :
Shift : Full-Time | Days | Monday–Friday, : AM – : PM
As a Sterile Processing Technician , you will be responsible for cleaning, sterilizing, processing, arranging, and distributing surgical and patient care equipment. This role may also include mentoring and training Sterile Processing Technician team members.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and organize rooms, instruments, treatment trays, and supplies per department needs.
Clean and disinfect instruments using approved methods and sterilization techniques.
Operate and monitor sterilization equipment in compliance with manufacturer and hospital guidelines.
Manage inventory : order, restock, and distribute reusable and surgical instruments and supplies.
Ensure full adherence to safety, infection control, and environmental protocols.
Mentor and train junior team members; lead in-service sessions as needed.

Qualifications Education :
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required
Experience :
Minimum year of relevant sterile processing or related experience
Certification (Must have one of the following) :
Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST)
Certified Board Sterile Processing & Distribution (CBSPD)
Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician (CSPDT)
Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)
