  • Position Summary :

    We are seeking a detail-oriented, business-savvy Senior Analyst to support our manufacturing site within the promotional products industry. This individual will play a critical role in driving operational efficiency and financial performance through insightful analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and robust reporting. The ideal candidate will be adept at identifying performance trends, cost drivers, and opportunities for improvement across production, capital investments, and expense management.

    Responsibilities :

    Operational & Financial Reporting

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting packages to monitor site performance, including production metrics, labor efficiency, and variances and profitability.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with variance analysis to budget and forecast.
  • Partner with site leadership to understand key performance indicators (KPIs) and support decision-making.
  • Budgeting, Forecasting & Expense Management

  • Lead annual budget and periodic forecasting processes for the site including departmental expenses, staffing, efficiency, utilization and capital improvements.
  • Monitor actual performance against plan and provide insights into variances.
  • Identify and implement cost control opportunities.
  • Manufacturing & Profitability

  • Analyze production output, material usage, scrap rates, and machine utilization to identify inefficiencies.
  • Evaluate profitability by product and decoration method to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Monitor and maintain accuracy within our reporting dashboards.
  • Capital Projects & Investment Analysis

  • Assist in the development and financial evaluation of capital expenditure projects, including ROI, NPV, and payback period analysis.
  • Track project costs and ensure alignment with approved budgets.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Finance, Operations, Procurement, Engineering, and Logistics teams.
  • Act as a financial liaison between the manufacturing site and corporate headquarters.
  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in financial or operations analysis, preferably in manufacturing or consumer products.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management capabilities.
  • Preferred Experience :

  • Experience in the promotional products industry or high-mix, high-volume manufacturing environments.
  • Exposure to Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
