AP Taxing Specialist

The AP Taxing Specialist collaborates with the Accounts Payable Supervisor to manage tax-related aspects of financial transactions. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $50,000 to $62,000 per year.

Responsibilities :

• Calculate sales and use taxes on invoices from suppliers / vendors
• Data entry of vendor invoices and invoice posting
• Daily review of unapproved invoice entries
• Review invoice coding for accuracy, proper approvals, and reasonableness
• Review matching of invoice details to purchase orders and collaborate to resolve issues
• Process expense claims using third-party expense management software
