Requirements
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematicsStrong electrical / mechanical skills; experience with 30-480V systems5-8 years of progressive mechanical experience (conveyor systems preferred)Welding, soldering, and cutting torch expertiseResponsible for company assets, including tools, supplies, and equipmentExperience using tools / equipment : drills, grinders, saws, multimeter, tachometer, welder, hydraulic gear puller, forklifts, pallet jacks, platform lifts (Aerial Lift Certification preferred)Strong commitment to safety at all timesPhysical Requirements
Ability to work on a concrete warehouse floor all dayContinuous standing, walking, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 lbsFrequent reaching, bending, stooping, and handlingAbility to read printed and electronic informationFull on-site presence required for team collaboration and supportWhat You’ll Do
Perform preventive maintenance on conveyors, sortation systems, forklifts, and other mechanical material handling equipment.Troubleshoot electrical control systems including motors, VFDs, servo controls, and peripheral devices to PLC inputs / outputs.Execute conveyor system projects, including installation, removal, and process improvement updates.Repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems to restore full functional operation.Identify and source repair parts for failed systems.Maintain accurate records such as work orders, time sheets, and parts requests.Apply now to take the next step in your maintenance career and join a team that values skill, safety, and growth!
