Occupational Therapist, OT - Full Time

Blue Palms Health and Rehabilitation Center at Fletcher, Tampa FL

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team at Blue Palms Health and Rehabilitation Center at Fletcher. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping our patients achieve their maximum potential and regain independence. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that focus on improving cognitive, physical, and sensory skills.

Responsibilities :

Conduct initial evaluations and assessments to identify patient needs and goals

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address patient needs and goals

Provide occupational therapy interventions to patients, including but not limited to :

Functional activities

Cognitive training

Sensory integration

Adaptive equipment training

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans

Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment

Participate in patient care conferences and provide input on patient progress and treatment

Requirements :

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Florida

Minimum of 0 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Strong organizational and time management skills
