Posting Details Business Title Senior Data Analyst Posting Category IT / Technology Salary Grade 07T Salary Plan Professional Staff - SEIU Hiring Range / Pay Rate Department Institutional Research Department Description Position Location Main Campus FTE 1.0 Job Summary Leads analytical support for key reporting efforts, for Cleveland State University, (CSU), such as, Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System (IPEDS), Ohio Department of Higher Education (ODHE), accreditation, and strategic planning metrics. Translates complex research questions into actionable data queries and analysis, ensuring data consistency, accuracy, and integrity. Designs and maintains interactive dashboards and decision-support tools using various platforms and supports campus-wide data literacy through training and mentoring. Works closely with internal partners, ensures high data quality and helps define institutional KPIs, standards, and documentation. Collaborates with stakeholders across the CSU. Delivers insights that inform strategic decisions. Supports data warehouse development, report automation, and process improvement. Performs other functionally related duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in mathematics, statistics, economics, computer science, or a related field.
