Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Chief Strategy Officer / Chief Transformation Officer to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role in shaping the companys overall strategy and driving transformational initiatives to ensure our continued success and growth.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement the companys strategic plan in alignment with the overall vision and goals
• Lead and manage the transformation process identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive efficiency and growth
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends
• Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and evaluate potential partnerships acquisitions and other growth opportunities
• Drive innovation and foster a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic initiatives
• Provide guidance and support to department heads and teams to ensure alignment with the companys strategy
• Present regular updates and reports on the companys progress and performance to the CEO and Board of Directors

Pay Rate : $130-240 per hour depending on experience

Training Pay : $80 per hour (1-week paid training)

Training Bonus : $2500 incentive upon completion

Work Schedule : Flexible Full-time (3040 hrs / week) or Part-time (20 hrs / week)

Work Type : 100% Remote (U.S.-based only)
