JOB DESCRIPTION

A wholesale distributor in Lafayette, Georgia is in need of an Accounting Clerk. The selected candidate will primarily process all accounts payable and accounts receivable under the direction of the Controller. A / R and A / P duties will take up roughly half of each day. Additional tasks would be billing, processing freight claims, and data entry for purchase orders as well as other administrative tasks as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

At least one year of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable is strongly preferred.

Proficiency in Excel

Strong attention to detail

Ability to multi-task but also prioritize daily tasks

Associate degree in Accounting is preferred but not required

SCHEDULE

Monday-Friday 8 : 00 AM-5 : 00 PM
