Hr Payroll Manager
As the HR Payroll Manager, you are responsible for overseeing the end-to-end HR operational functions and ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll. This role plays a critical part in driving efficiency, compliance, and excellence across HR systems, employee lifecycle management, benefits administration, and payroll processes.
In addition to managing routine payroll functions, you will handle complex payroll tasks, including multi-state payroll tax filings, garnishments, wage deductions, unemployment claims, and other compliance-related responsibilities. You will ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment regulations while maintaining accurate records and timely reporting.
You will deliver seamless HR services, support strategic HR initiatives, and implement streamlined processes and best practices to enhance the overall employee experience and operational efficiency.
