Position Summary :

As a Job Coach at ZABS Place, you’ll play a critical role in empowering young talent to develop their skills, gain confidence, and prepare for future employment opportunities. You’ll work directly with our team members, providing guidance, support, and encouragement as they navigate their roles in our boutique.

What You’ll Do :

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include :

• Coaching young adults as they develop interest-based workplace skills.
• Providing hands-on support in various areas of the store, such as merchandising, customer service, and inventory management.
• Encouraging team members to build confidence and independence in their roles.
• Collaborating with the ZABS Place team to create a positive and inclusive environment for both employees and customers.
• Assisting in identifying and nurturing the unique talents of each individual to help them achieve their personal and professional goals.
