ABOUT THE TEAM

We are seeking an experienced Onboarding Contractor to support our global onboarding transformation. This role will focus on mapping the end-to-end onboarding process, designing tailored onboarding journeys for multiple employee populations, and converting existing instructor-led learning into scalable, self-directed e-learning content.

This role will also play a key part in process improvement as we transition from a localized onboarding model—delivered primarily in person—to a regional delivery model that blends in-person and virtual learning. This is a three-month contract role, based at HQ, with the opportunity to make a direct impact on shaping how new employees experience joining our company.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Onboarding Journey Mapping :

• Map end-to-end onboarding processes across employee populations, including Standard, Manufacturing, Executive, Expert, and Off-Cycle Onboarding.
• Identify key pain points and 'moments that matter' to shape future-state design

Contract Details

US Hourly Range $30—$40 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and / or training, critical skills, and / or business considerations.
