Equivalent work experience may substitute for educational requirement FLAIR experience 5+ years of experience in Business Process Analysts and systems analysis Proficiency in writing SQL Queries and performing Data Analysis Proficiency in process mapping / modeling with tools such as Visio Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Power BI, and Project Knowledge of data migration Ability to relate to stakeholders' needs, document their requirements, and perform duties in the absence of staff Ability to receive and give constructive criticism and maintain effective work relationships with others Ability to adjust to changing demands in a dynamic environment with diverse work assignments Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) is highly desired Experience working with Microsoft DevOps to manage user requirements and backlogs Knowledge of Rules 60GG-1 – 60GG-5, Florida Administrative Code Knowledge of change and release management Knowledge of testing and quality assurance tools and techniques Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor

Job Description
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our agile development team.
What You'll Do
- Research and understand FDOT business processes and their inter-relationships
- Document and diagram business and system processes and dependencies between them
- Research and document impacts on agency business systems
- Facilitate joint analysis workshops with the business units
- Gather and document business and technical requirements as user stories in Azure DevOps and other tools
- Manage backlog and work items using Azure DevOps
- Coordinate with data migration and development teams
- Develop Test Plans and Test Cases
- Coordinate testing and quality assurance efforts
- Perform oversight reviews of deliverables for compliance with department standards
- Perform detailed research, business analysis, as-is and to-be analysis, process modeling.
- Perform System Analysis & Design using a variety of modeling methodologies and techniques
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders
