Business Analyst (Health Information Exchange / Medicaid)

Trigyn's direct government client, based out of Vermont, has a long-term contract assignment for Business Analyst (Remote). The particulars of the position are as follows.

Description :

The department is seeking a highly organized individual with an exceptional business analysis skillset. This individual would be acting on behalf of the Agency of Digital Services while supporting highly visible and complex projects within the Agency of Human Services (AHS), Health Information Exchange Program of IT projects (HIE). This pertains to managing the BA work for the entirety of the HIE program.

PROJECT DELIVERABLES :

• Support the HIE program’s entire scope of Business Analysis needs
• Conduct stakeholder meetings, analyze, review documentation / solutions, provide requirements and create BA artifacts
• Analyze and review Deliverable Expectation Documents (DED) to ensure that agreed-upon expectations are clearly defined
• Support the Outcomes Based Certifications (OBC) process and CMS updates
• Analysis and review of the monthly deliverables to ensure solution alignment with program requirements
• Provide BA support for the Medicaid Data Aggregation and Access Program
• Provide support to update HIE Strategic Plan
• Develop and deliver artifacts for PRWORA
• Support the Nursing Home Transfer Process.
