You will lead a team of independent contractors, managing their performance and ensuring quality service. This position is critical for maintaining client satisfaction and operational excellence.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee nightly operations, ensuring adherence to client specifications and company standards.
• Conduct quality assurance inspections and audits to verify service delivery meets contractual agreements.
• Provide leadership and support to independent contractors, fostering a positive working environment.
• Address any client concerns or complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring issues are resolved quickly.
• Document operational activities and provide reports to upper management regarding nightly operations and any incidents.
• Assist in the training and onboarding of new contractors, ensuring compliance with company policies and protocols.
