Director, Leadership Development

The Director, Leadership Development sets the strategic plans for leadership development within RTX University, including the creation of best-in-class leadership development and accelerated development curriculum and delivery. The role will also lead enterprise learning and development. This person is the business leader, advisor, and facilitator who actively drives the planning and administration of all leadership development and team effectiveness programs and practices.
