KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, Technology Innovation to join our Digital Nexus technology organization. This is a remote work opportunity.

Responsibilities :

• Lead the development efforts in the field of Gen AI, including developing new algorithms, models, and techniques for analyzing and interpreting enterprise data
• Unite with external partners and stakeholders to identify new opportunities for innovation and research in the field of Gen AI
• Stay up to date with the latest research and trends in the field of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation in Gen AI
• Work with a team of engineers and developers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of GenAI / AI projects
• Cooperate with cross-functional teams to develop proof of concept (POC) projects and prototypes that demonstrate the potential of Gen AI
• Collaborate with other technology groups, including architects, GenAI engineering team, and designers, to acting as a thought leader for Gen AI, Gen AI roadmaps, and next generation technology direction
