Job Title : Senior Data Entry Clerk

Location : Inver Grove Heights, MN (Hybrid - 3 days in office)

Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain and update a comprehensive spreadsheet tracking all units available for transfer or sale at our client's location.
• Act as a liaison with Operations Managers to verify asset status and update records accordingly.
• Prepare and distribute accurate lists of available assets for internal communications.
• Complete asset transfer and sale documentation based on spreadsheet data and approvals.
• Input transfer data into fleet systems to ensure accurate location and status information.
• Collaborate with various departments to validate information and support transfer processes.
