Our Assistant Team Leader (Assistant Store Manager) is a leadership role with a strong emphasis on guest experience, visual presentation, and boutique operations. The ideal candidate has specialty retail experience and is a creative spirit who is ready to support our Team Leader (Store Manager) in creating an engaging environment for our guests and team members. Assistant Team Leader responsibilities include :

• Leading and supporting a selling culture focused on building a confident and engaged team that is motivated to provide unwavering dedication to our guests.
• Driving sales results by analyzing the business and identifying opportunities to improve metrics through sales floor leadership and continuous coaching on and off the sales floor.
• Planning, delegating, and following up on expected tasks, assignments, and activities while maintaining our guest as our top priority.
• Assisting the Team Leader in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, developing, and retaining a high-performing and diverse team.
• Assisting in building bench strength for the boutique by preparing team members for the next level of responsibility.
• Establishing open, candid, and trusting professional relationships with your team.
• Supporting and enforcing company policies and procedures fairly and consistently.
• Maintaining a visually inspiring boutique that is compelling to the guest by utilizing, leading, and delivering our visual brand standards.
• Problem solving; proactively, creatively, and often independently, driving new ideas and creating solutions to problems.
