Engineering Lead

A company is looking for an Engineering Lead to oversee cross-functional engineering efforts and ensure platform reliability. Key Responsibilities Coordinate across frontend, backend, smart contracts, and SRE / DevOps to maintain technical alignment and product requirements Guide architecture decisions and prioritize technical work while collaborating with Product on acceptance criteria Mentor engineers, promote production health practices, and actively participate in coding across the stack Required Qualifications Proven experience managing production systems with a focus on quality and release reliability Senior-level expertise in either frontend (JS / TS, ideally React) or backend (Node / TS) technologies Familiarity with CI / CD practices and incident handling Experience in open source projects, particularly in blockchain or related web3 technologies Previous experience in a technical leadership role, preferably in a remote setting
