Physicians will have access to supportive resources and flexible work schedules, working an average of 20 patients per day. Top Medical Center is actively recruiting for full-time Family Medicine Physicians to join our area clinics in our collaborative network where you will have easy access to system-wide support as you work alongside a highly motivated and skilled Family Medicine team. W e provide patient-centered, team-based care to a diverse population of patients.

Clinics Overview :

• Monday Friday (no weekends) with some schedule flexibility with options for a 4-day work week.
• Call 1 weekday call every 1-2 months, 1 weekend a year complemented by RN s taking first calls
• Patient per day - 20 average
• Provider to MA ratio : minimum 1 : 1.5
• E-consult capability
• Multispecialty clinics throughout our service area
• Phlebotomists on site

Compensation Range - $270,000 - $490,000

Our plan includes an income guarantee, wRVU bonus incentive, sign-on bonus, reimbursement toward moving expenses for qualified individuals and generous vacation, sick and holiday time off.
