Responsibilities :
- Initiate, plan, and manage electrical engineering projects from start to completion.
- Oversee scope, budget, schedule, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with cross-discipline project managers to resolve scheduling and resource conflicts.
- Provide technical guidance and review deliverables.
- Maintain project reporting systems and prepare client-facing reports.
- Control project costs and maximize profitability.
- Mentor and develop project staff.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and support business development.
