- As a member of our service team, the Service Coodinator at Hamra provides an exceptional experience for every client while helping maintain a premium showroom environment.
- You will serve as the initial representation of the company, greeting clients upon arrival and ensuring the best possible experience in our showrooms.
- You will balance multiple interactions with attention and care.
- A 5-day schedule that includes Saturdays between the hours of 9 : 00 am - 5 : 30 pm.
- You will assist sales staff with various tasks such as ringing up sales, sourcing product, and delivering repairs to clients who are picking up.
- You will assist with tasks such as evaluating jewelry and watches for repair and cleaning, intake of jewelry and watch repair, and communicating with clients about repairs.
- You will assist staff with operations, logistics, quality control and various other projects in the showroom and back of house.
