Schedule : Monday-Friday 9 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM (Onsite)

Employment Type : Contract 40 hours per week

Duration : 3 months (November 16 2025 - February 15 2026)

Pay Rate : $39.48 per hour

Position Summary

The Business Systems Analyst II plays a key role in supporting and optimizing healthcare technology systems through analysis design and implementation. This role requires a strong background in healthcare provider environments (hospitals or clinics) and experience implementing EMRs and third-party clinical applications .

The Analyst will collaborate closely with clinical and operational leadership to gather requirements translate business needs into functional specifications and guide teams through the implementation of system solutions that improve workflows and data management.

Note : This position is open only to U.S. Citizens and Green Card holders with relevant healthcare system implementation experience .

Key Responsibilities

Lead and facilitate project meetings with leadership and stakeholders to gather and document comprehensive business requirements.

Translate business needs into technical workflows process maps and solution designs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design test and implement EMR and ancillary application solutions.

Provide operational and administrative support for collection system applications and integrated tools.

Work with facility support teams to troubleshoot optimize and enhance healthcare information systems.

Develop detailed project documentation including charters agendas status reports and meeting minutes.

Advise end-users on system best practices and assist in the adoption of improved methodologies and tools.

Ensure project deliverables align with organizational goals compliance standards and operational efficiency.

Requirements

Citizenship : Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder .

Education : Associate Degree or higher (proof of education required).

Experience : Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst within a healthcare provider environment (hospital or clinic) .

Technical Expertise :

EMR implementations such as Epic Cerner or Athena (Epic module experience preferred).

3rd-party applications related to hospital departments such as Lab Pharmacy or Radiology .

Systems such as Sectra Waystar Capsule or Softbank.

Skills :

Strong knowledge of healthcare workflows and data systems.

Experience with requirements gathering documentation and process flow development.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interaction with clinical and technical stakeholders.

Ability to produce professional project deliverables (charters meeting notes status updates etc.).

Analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities.

Work Environment

Onsite position in a professional healthcare IT and operations setting.

Standard business hours Monday through Friday.

Collaborative and fast-paced environment requiring adaptability and precision.
