Position : IT Operations Specialist

Compensation : $40 - $55 / hour, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities & Duties :

• Provide end-user support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Troubleshoot incidents efficiently to maintain IT system stability.
• Conduct light networking troubleshooting when necessary.
• Deploy and configure workstations and servers.
• Communicate professionally with C-suite executives during issues.
• Stay proactive and improve processes during slower periods.
