Advanced Practice Provider wanted to join Neurosurgery practice at St. Mark s Hospital in Salt Lake City, UT.

Qualified Candidates :

• Join existing practice working with an experienced neurosurgeon
• Responsible to perform outpatient work and inpatient work in the operating room
• Outpatient clinic located on hospital campus
• Active UT license and DEA required or ability to obtain UT license and DEA
