Inside Sales Development Representative

AlphaGraphics Commercial Printing Services has an immediate opening for an Inside Sales Development Representative. The primary responsibilities will be to increase the center's inside sales and support the outside sales team, as needed. This responsibility should always focus on increasing the center's sales, drawing in new customers, maintaining current accounts, expanding penetration into existing accounts, and creating a positive experience for our clients.

Additional responsibilities include :

• Managing estimates and leads
• Keeping customers informed regarding their job's progress through the production process
• Proficiency in daily use of CRM tools
• Effectively managing all communication methods to respond timely to customer inquiries
