    The Company is in search of a Head of Procurement & Strategic Sourcing to spearhead the development and execution of a robust sourcing strategy, with a focus on complex software and service vendor negotiations. This pivotal role involves managing a substantial annual spend and is dedicated to establishing a top-tier procurement function that not only maximizes commercial value but also enhances operational efficiency and supports the company's growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading strategic sourcing, negotiating and structuring intricate commercial agreements, and creating scalable procurement frameworks that align with the company's dynamic and entrepreneurial culture. A key aspect of the role is to partner with various business functions to ensure that procurement activities enable business velocity and are in line with the company's objectives. Applicants for the Head of Procurement position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in procurement or sourcing, with a significant background in negotiating complex software, service, and technology deals. The role requires a leader with a proven track record in building or scaling procurement functions, particularly in high-growth or tech-driven organizations. Deep commercial acumen, strong negotiation skills, and a solid understanding of contract law and risk allocation are essential. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial approach, be adept at managing negotiations with senior vendor executives, and possess the ability to balance speed, rigor, and creativity. Uncompromising integrity and impeccable judgment are also key attributes for this role.
