Summary
Under general supervision and according to established policies and procedures the Marketing & Business Development Strategist supports and manages marketing and business development projects particularly as they relate to the firms regional presence in the West.

Essential Functions

Practice Division : Serve as primary business development and marketing liaison to Practice Divisions and Subgroups as assigned. Support Practice Division chairs with creating and managing division priorities and budgets.
Facilitates regional office marketing meetings and executes on ideas and plans.
Collaborates with the events specialist to plan and host events and seminars with strong client engagement and attorney participation.
Support Firm-wide strategic marketing and business development initiatives.

Travel to other office locations on occasion to attend meetings and assist with events.
Work Environment & Physical Demands
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers phones photocopiers filing cabinets and fax machines. While performing the responsibilities of the position these work environment characteristics are representative of the environment the person in this position will encounter. While performing the duties of this job the employee will work in a professional fast paced office environment that may require additional hours to complete work.

The salary range for this role is $100k $140k. The salary range for this position is based on a variety of factors including experience skills qualifications and location. The range is provided as an initial approximation at the time of posting and may vary based on the individuals unique qualifications and experience.
