job_description.job_card.job_descriptionBachelors degree combined with 3 to 5 years of experience in a GMP-regulated, pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of QA principles and current Good Manufacturing Practices. Experience with line clearance, batch documentation, and material movement. Ability to work independently on the manufacturing floor in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct batch record review and support real-time documentation practices.
- Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with GMP and internal procedures.
- Identify and escalate quality issues observed during manufacturing.
- Ensure adherence to QA protocols and assist in enforcing quality standards on the floor.
- Support internal audits and readiness for external inspections.
- Collaborate closely with Production, Warehouse, and Quality teams.
