Are you a people person with a passion for helping others find their perfect home? The Nelson, a premier community in Nashville, is hiring a Leasing Professional to join our high-performing, resident-focused team!
What You’ll Do :
As a key part of our leasing team, you’ll create exceptional experiences for prospects and residents by :
- Touring and leasing apartments
- Processing applications and rental documents
- Maintaining accurate resident records
- Promoting the community through outreach and social media
- Keeping model units and common areas show-ready
- Supporting a strong resident retention program
