Job Description :

The Occupational Therapist will provide comprehensive services to students with disabilities, ensuring they can participate fully in their educational experience. This role involves assessing students' needs, developing individualized intervention plans, and collaborating with educators, parents, and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct evaluations to identify students' needs and develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
• Implement evidence-based interventions to improve students' academic performance, social participation, and self-care skills.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to integrate occupational therapy strategies into the classroom.
• Monitor and document students' progress, adjusting interventions as necessary.
• Provide training and support to teachers and staff on best practices for accommodating students with disabilities.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational goals.
