The locum tenens Occ Med / Urgent Care opportunity in San Francisco, California :

• Duration : As soon as credentialed and on-going for 90+ days with possibility of extension and / or conversion to permanent per agreeance of all parties
• Schedule : Flexible with days / hours. M-F 7a-7p and Saturdays 9a-4p. 8, 10, or 12 hours shifts
• Scope : 20-30 patients per day depending on length of shift. 85% Occ Med and 15% Urgent Care
• Group : 1 other physician, 1 PA, X-ray onsite
• Health System : Not-for-profit organization providing award-winning, patient-centered health care in a variety of areas, including primary and specialty care, diagnostic imaging, vision, occupational health, urgent care, and behavioral health
• Required : Active California license, Board Certified or Board Eligible, Family Medicine trained
