Your Role & Responsibilities
Lead complex IT programs, coordinating across teams, vendors, stakeholders, and timelinesDevelop and manage program plans, budgets, risk logs, and status reportingImplement governance frameworks to ensure quality, scope control, and KPI deliveryMentor and guide cross-functional teams to foster professional growth and high performanceSkills & Experience You Should Possess
10+ years of Program Management experience in IT, especially in enterprise-scale programsStrong ERP systems experience is required, with SAP as a plusProven track record of delivering tech programs on time, within scope, and on budgetStrong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skillsFamiliarity with PM frameworks (PMP, Agile, hybrid methodologies)Bonus Points If You Have
Experience with cloud migrations, ERP, digital transformation, or DevOps programsCertifications such as PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or AgileBackground in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, manufacturing)Education & Certifications You Need
