Program Manager

Trissential is hiring a Program Manager to join our client's team, overseeing end-to-end, cross-functional IT programs and driving work across ERP, Manufacturing and Technology Infrastructure platforms. Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead complex IT programs, coordinating across teams, vendors, stakeholders, and timelines
  • Develop and manage program plans, budgets, risk logs, and status reporting
  • Implement governance frameworks to ensure quality, scope control, and KPI delivery
  • Mentor and guide cross-functional teams to foster professional growth and high performance
  • Lead Continuous Improvement by example

    • Skills & Experience You Should Possess

  • 10+ years of Program Management experience in IT, especially in enterprise-scale programs
  • Strong ERP systems experience is required, with SAP as a plus
  • Proven track record of delivering tech programs on time, within scope, and on budget
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
  • Excellent relationship management and collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with delivery frameworks (PMP, Agile, SAFe, hybrid methodologies)
  • Proven success delivering commercial software package solutions that integrate well with the surrounding applications and require minimal customizations

    • Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience with site ERP deployments, operations applications (manufacturing warehouse management, logistics, facilities management) and technology infrastructure deployments
  • Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or Agile
  • Background in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, food & beverage, manufacturing)

    • Education & Certifications You Need

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience
  • PMP, Agile or SAFe certification or equivalent preferred, though equivalent experience is equally valued
