Lockheed Martin Space is seeking a Program Integrator to join our mission in Littleton, CO! This is a key developmental opportunity working directly with executives and leadership team overseeing analysis in support of LM Space Business Development efforts. The role will build breadth in the areas of strategic thinking, technology, analysis, planning, execution, and communication. It is an executive-facing position requiring a high level of professionalism, organization, confidentiality, along with excellent verbal, listening, and written communication skills. An understanding of project management, along with exceptional interpersonal skills to develop relationships and advance initiatives are critical to success. The Strategic Analysis Program Integrator is responsible for but not limited to, the following :

Contribute to the overall effectiveness of the Analysis & Assessments (A&A) team in Waterton to include executives, managers, and Chief Analysts.

Maintain governance and material for A&A business rhythms.

Coordinate planning, organization, and completion of projects within area of assigned responsibility.

Create and maintain multi-media briefings and status tools for executive audiences, customers, and the workforce.

Maintain situational awareness of A&A workforce levels, status, and issues.

Act as A&A liaison with external representatives to coordinate A&A requirements and planning efforts.

Coordinate all aspects (content, technical, logistics) of program-level events to include VIP visits, off-sites, all-hands, and executive meetings.

Assist with special projects as needed.

Basic Qualifications :

Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, including ability to think critically, bridging strategic goals to actionable opportunities.

Possess effective organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workloads.

Excellent verbal, written, communication and presentation skills.

Proficient in Microsoft applications (such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Top Secret security clearance with investigation in last 5 years.

Desired Skills :

Demonstrated industry and Space knowledge.

Metrics and data analysis experience

Ability to lead enterprise-wide projects and produce executive level products (briefings / presentations).

Natural curiosity and quality-results orientation.

Excellent relationship building skills with all levels of employees, leadership, and customers.

Excellent & flexible time-management skills and ability to work under pressure.

Strong attention to detail and focus on improvement.

Must possess the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.

Ability to Work Remotely : Onsite Full-time : The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules : Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position : 9x80 every other Friday off

Pay Rate : The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $85,500 - $150,765. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education / training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees : accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.
