Nurse Practitioner

Nurse Practitioner physician employment in Arizona :

• Join a well-established multi-specialty group seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistant
• to join Pain Management Team in Southwest Suburban Phoenix.
• Essential Functions :

Provide patient services to adult and geriatric patients

Perform patient assessments, diagnosis & treatment plans, perform physical examinations, consultations, patient counseling / education

Order and interpret patient care tests, treatments and exams

Handle prescription needs, provide advice regarding chronic pain problems, general health education and coordination of care

Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant educational program and passage of board-approved certifying exam

Must possess a license as a NP or PA in the State of Arizona.

One year of APP experience required
