Job Summary
The Director of Academic Affairs Administration reports to the Vice President and Chief Operating Officer (VP & COO) of Academic Affairs and the UT Southwestern Medical Group, as well as the Associate Vice President for Academic and Clinical Operations. This role is responsible for ensuring the achievement of key action items and leading high-priority projects that support the implementation of operational strategy. The Director will work closely with executive leadership and must be capable of operating with minimal supervision.

Qualifications
Required :
Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
Experience : 6 years of healthcare administration experience
Preferred :
Education : Master's degree
Experience : Experience in an academic medical setting
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills
Strong financial and analytical capabilities
Ability to manage multiple complex issues and prioritize effectively
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
