Pain Medicine Opening in Staten Island, NY Position Highlights - Provider is seeking an Interventional Pain Management Physician to join a growing outpatient private practice.- Full-time, permanent opening- Monday to Friday. No nights, no calls, no weekends.- Brand new office, 5 minutes from the bridge and easily accessible from Brooklyn and New Jersey- Starting salary from $350k - first year guaranteed with $25k signing bonus, and then base plus productivity- Visa sponsorship is not available for this position Responsibilities - Evaluation & management of musculoskeletal conditions - Order imaging (X-ray, MRI, CT) - Perform EMG / NCV - Prescribe PT / OT - Perform procedures such as peripheral joint injections (corticosteroids, viscosupplementation, Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP - Neuraxial injections (ESI, MBB, RFA), Spinal Cord Stimulation trial - In-office procedural suite (C-arm, RFA generator, Ultrasound) - Medication management to include non-opioid medications Additional Details - Provider is seeking a motivated, well-trained individual for immediate employment- Payors : Commercial payors, some Medicare and some work comp / personal injury - On-site services : General consults, EMG / NCV procedures, injection procedures, interventional pain management procedures - Benefits Include : Malpractice insurance, paid vacation / holidays / sick days, CME, Paid State License / DEA / Hospital Dues Qualifications - Graduate from an accredited MD or DO program with Pain Fellowship Training - Board-certified / eligible in Pain Management - Board Certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation - New York State License
