What you’ll do

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the Negotiation and Collaboration team! We’re seeking individuals with a growth mindset who love tackling challenging problems and want to make a significant impact on how businesses operate. You will be responsible for overseeing industry‑leading negotiation and collaboration. You will also work on user‑facing products that use the latest AI technology to augment human work and delight our customers. You will be responsible for owning key projects, supporting them from definition through implementation and ongoing improvement. You will work with UX Design and Engineering to build delightful features, and will work across functions to bring them to market.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director of Product Management.

Responsibilities

• Develop product plans for key initiatives and prioritize features based on long‑term vision, while also helping the team design and launch lean MVPs
• Work directly with customers to identify product opportunities, gaps, and difficulties
• Collaborate closely with UX Design and Engineering teams to deliver high‑quality, end‑to‑end experiences in a fast‑paced startup environment
• Be an expert and champion for user needs and goals
• Incorporate customer feedback, competitive analysis, and team input to continuously improve products and user experiences
• Collect and translate requirements into user stories and specifications
• Provide clear guidance and direction throughout the product development process to ensure successful implementation
• Define key business metrics and goals, and track to them
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, and Sales for GTM activities

Job Designation

Hybrid : Employee divides their time between in‑office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency : Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in‑office expectation)

Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations :

Washington, Maryland, New Jersey and New York (including NYC metro area) : $133,800.00 – $197,750.00 base salary
