The opportunity

The Adobe Express team is looking for a UX Content Strategist to join our team. Our team uses our expertise in language and communication to shape experiences across Adobe Express and other Adobe products and services through integrations. Our work ranges from content strategy and in-product UX writing to developing standards and guidelines for Spectrum our design system and beyond. Please note : This is not a content marketing or advertising copywriting role.

At Adobe Express were redefining how people design communicate and bring ideas to life. From small business owners building brand materials to educators creating classroom content to marketers and knowledge workers designing newsletters and social posts we help people move from idea to impact fast.

What youll do

In this role youll embed with the Adobe Express team working on in-app copy and strategy. As a core team member youll play an integral part in crafting the next generation of creativity tools at Adobe. If you are enthusiastic about solving user problems and UI challenges this is your opportunity to work on some exciting and forward-thinking projects.

Youll :

Embed with and serve as a core member of the Adobe Express Content Design team

Be a motivated participant and design advocate

Work alongside UX design product management engineering research machine learning scientists legal marketers and other partners

Proactively identify and seek out areas where content strategy can make a difference in the user experience

Bring clarity consistency and quality to the way we design for our users across Adobe Express surfaces

Champion an inclusive accessible user-focused perspective while also considering business needs and priorities

What you need to succeed

Must-haves :

A proven track record for developing a content strategy and tactically writing and designing toward that strategy

Experience leading product content design efforts with cross-functional stakeholders and collaborators

Ability to grasp the product strategy and augment it with new ideas and approaches

Exceptional writing communication and storytelling skills and a sharp attention to detail

Ability to present and build consensus around your ideas create coalition and build support

Strong systems thinking and the ability to practice content design across a sophisticated interconnected product ecosystem

Knowledge of inclusive accessible content and design practices

2 years of experience in content strategy content design UX writing information architecture or a related field

Nice-to-haves :

Experience with and a point of view on document management

Knowledge of localization and internationalization

Experience leading AI / ML initiatives

Experience in working in a large organization with a diverse set of offerings and customers

Experience working on a highly visible brand

Adobe Design creates tools that amplify the worlds ability to create and communicate. Were a global team of designers researchers prototypers content strategists program managers and more who work across Adobes three product lines : Creative Cloud Document Cloud and Experience Cloud.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $$194400 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge skillsand experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC base commission) and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
