Hours : 7 : 30 am to 4 : 00 pm or 8 : 00 am to 4 : 30 pm with a half-hour lunch
Requirements :
High school diploma or equivalent5 + years of experience in reception, customer service, dispatching, and / or equivalentServiceTitan experience is requiredAdvanced customer service skillsProfessional phone skillsEnergetic personalityStrong proficiency in MS OfficeHighly organized and detail-orientedAbility to multitaskGeographical knowledge of sales area or map reading skillsMust be able to work independentlyResponsibilities :
Schedule and coordinate all service calls as calls are receivedUpdate customer profiles as information is receivedType service contract proposals for new customersMaintenance of the maintenance agreements, including billing, scheduling, and staging of materials, database information, and renewalsOrder parts for special ordersFollow up on all pending and recommended work with customers and technicians
