Position Overview :

We are looking for a passionate, licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to

provide full-time, in-person speech therapy services to students. You'll

conduct evaluations, develop IEPs, deliver direct therapy, supervise SLPAs, and

collaborate with educators and families to maximize student communication outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments, evaluations, and

screenings

• Develop, write, and implement IEP goals and individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct, in-person speech therapy in individual and group settings
• Utilize evidence-based interventions for speech, language, fluency, voice, and

AAC needs

• Supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) and support staff
• Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to foster student

success

• Maintain detailed documentation and compliance with state and federal

regulations

• Actively participate in IEP meetings and team planning

Required Qualifications :

• Valid California Speech-Language Pathology License (CCC-SLP strongly

preferred)

• Experience or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in school settings
• Skilled in school-based speech therapy practices, assessments, and IEP

development

• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications :

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Experience with AAC devices and assistive technology
• Familiarity with special education law and regulations
