Our client, a prominent AmLaw 200 firm, is seeking a talented Associate Attorney to join their Intellectual Property group in Tampa . The ideal candidate will have experience in patent and trademark prosecution, as well as IP transactions.

Candidate Profile

• JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record .
• Bar Admission in Florida.
• 2–5 years of substantive experience in patent and trademark prosecution and IP transactions .
• USPTO registration strongly preferred .
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and practical judgment are required.
• Experienced in negotiating and drafting intellectual property transactions and software agreements is a plus .
