Sales Engineer - Project Manager - Estimator

• Prospect, acquire, and cultivate new business selling opportunities related to Parts, Supplies, sheet metal and replacement equipment products.
• Responsible for developing sales activities associated with Commercial Distribution Parts, Supplies, and Accessories as well as supporting and developing opportunities for Aftermarket Equipment Sales.
• Improve sales revenue and gross margin.
• Maintain an accurate call history within the CRM system
• Maintain selling relationship with key customers.
• Work directly with Inside Sales Representatives to ensure an optimal customer experience is achieved.
• Educate new equipment purchasers on warranty coverage and best practice claims procedures.
• Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals.
• Visit assigned accounts, making sales calls and developing approaches that best position products, services, or ideas; identify and meet the needs of commercial customers. Maintain database of account sales call activity, etc.
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Will look at someone experience with HVAC Distribution / Parts background and someone handling OEM sales.
