Were connecting with attorneys in the 37 year range who have strong experience representing investors sponsors or portfolio companies in M&A fund or joint venture transactions.

Responsibilities

Draft and negotiate purchase agreements operating agreements and term sheets

Advise clients on fund structuring and investment strategy

Manage due diligence and deal closings

Work directly with partners and clients on strategic growth transactions

Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited law school; Illinois bar admission required or pending

37 years of experience in private equity venture capital or M&A

Excellent drafting and negotiation skills

Strong academic credentials and business acumen

Compensation

$185000 $260000 base salary depending on firm size and experience
