PCR is seeking a dedicated Pediatrician to join a mission-driven, community-focused healthcare organization serving the Lumberton region. Located in southeastern North Carolina, Lumberton offers a historic setting, access to scenic waterways, cultural amenities, and a welcoming community atmosphere.

This role is ideal for a physician committed to providing high-quality, comprehensive pediatric care to underserved and diverse populations.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary : $200,000 $240,000, commensurate with experience

Productivity Bonus Program

Sign-On / Transition Bonus : $10,000+

Additional Compensation :

Evenings (4 : 30 p.m. 6 : 00 p.m.) : $100 / hour

Weekends (9 : 00 a.m. 11 : 00 a.m.) : $100 / hour

On-Call (October March) : Weeknights $125 / Weekends $300

On-Call (April September) : Weeknights $100 / Weekends $250

Setting : Outpatient pediatrics serving patients from 3 days to 20 years

Patient Load : Approximately 25 patients per day; 15-minute appointment slots

Team Support : Medical Director, 2 Pediatricians, 6 APPs, and 2 ancillary staff per provider

No hospital rounds required
