Infrastructure Support Executive

1.Experience in Service-Now, Windows Server support, Service Monitoring, Workstation, and Basic Hardware support2.Several different Engineering / Modelling / Simulation Application Support – Installation, uninstallation, configuration, licensing, troubleshooting 3.Experience in escalating / coordinating with vendors 4.Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism 5.Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks 6.Strong customer-service orientation, having some experience in Pharma Manufacturing domain 7.Effective interpersonal and relationship-building skills 8.Ability to learn new technologies to perform day to day support operations 9.Documentation ability 10.Knowledge of Azure cloud platform support 11.Knowledge of SQL Server 12.Ability to learn new technologies to perform day to day support operations 1.Provide Support for various IT applications into citrix, servers and workstations. Support Activities include : - installation, uninstallation of application softwares, application licensing, Services monitoring, 2.Access management, access group management 3.Escalate issue to appropriate vendor and follow up for closure 4. Documentation and reporting 5. Server upgrades- Citrix, Windows, .Net etc 6. coordinate with different vendors 7. Azure cloud platform support 1.Develops self & others through Coaching, Contributing to Team Success, Continuously Learning and Sharing Knowledge 2.Demonstrates high analytical skills and is self-motivated / directed 3.Possess effective written and communication skills
