ABOUT THIS ROLE

As a Customer Service Rep, your day is dynamic and rewarding. You start each morning by checking your schedule and preparing to engage with clients. Your friendly demeanor shines as you answer calls, help customers book appointments, and provide answers to their questions. Whether you're coordinating schedules or following up with clients, your focus on detail and organization ensures smooth operations. Working in a supportive and professional environment, you feel a sense of accomplishment knowing that your role is crucial in delivering the excellent service Prodigy Plumbing is known for.

Your schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, giving you evenings and weekends to enjoy life outside of work!
